No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. ProxyLabs does not offer refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing bandwidth or any services from ProxyLabs, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All purchases are non-refundable
- No partial refunds will be issued
- No credits or exchanges will be provided
- Unused bandwidth remains non-refundable
Why No Refunds?
Due to the nature of proxy services, once access is granted to our infrastructure, the service is considered delivered. Bandwidth allocation and IP access cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, making refunds impractical.
Before You Purchase
We encourage all potential customers to:
- Review our documentation thoroughly before purchasing
- Understand our service capabilities and limitations
- Contact our support team with any questions prior to purchase
- Start with a smaller bandwidth purchase if you are unsure
Service Issues
While we do not offer refunds, if you experience technical issues with our service that are caused by our infrastructure, please contact our support team. We will work to resolve any legitimate technical problems to ensure you receive the service you paid for.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service. If you file a chargeback, your account will be immediately and permanently terminated. We reserve the right to pursue all legal remedies available to recover funds and any associated fees.
Account Termination
If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, no refund will be provided for any remaining bandwidth or services.
