An ISP proxy, also called a static residential proxy, uses an IP registered to an Internet Service Provider and hosted on datacenter infrastructure. It combines an ISP-registered address with a stable, server-hosted connection.
Are these IPs dedicated to me?
Yes. Each ISP IP is dedicated to your plan, rather than shared with other ProxyLabs customers. It stays static unless you choose to shuffle your IPs.
How is this different from residential?
Residential proxies offer rotating or sticky sessions and are billed by bandwidth. ISP proxies give you dedicated, static addresses with unmetered bandwidth, billed per IP per month. Choose ISP when keeping a consistent address matters to your workflow.
How much do ISP proxies cost?
Prices fall automatically with quantity and reach each location’s lowest price from 2,000 IPs. United Kingdom: £1.50 down to £1.18/IP/month; United States: £1.50 down to £1.18/IP/month; France: £1.50 down to £1.18/IP/month; Italy: £1.50 down to £1.18/IP/month; Canada: £1.50 down to £1.18/IP/month; Japan: £2.00 down to £1.68/IP/month; Hong Kong: £2.00 down to £1.68/IP/month. Do I pay for bandwidth?
ISP plans include unmetered bandwidth, so there are no per-GB charges. All use must comply with our acceptable use policy.
How do I connect?
After payment, copy your credentials from the dashboard in ip:port:username:password format. Use them with a browser, script, or application that supports authenticated HTTP proxies. Our setup guides and Discord support can help.
Can I change my password or IPs?
You can change your proxy password from the dashboard and shuffle your IPs once every 30 days. Shuffling replaces the addresses, so remember to update your connected tools.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes. Cancel your monthly subscription from the dashboard. Your proxies remain available until the end of the paid period.
