Use only destinations you’re authorised to access, respect their terms, and start with a small test.

Speed

Measure how long a complete request takes from your application, through the proxy, to your destination.

  • Use the same destination and server location for each test.
  • Record the median and slower requests, not just the fastest result.
  • Repeat at the concurrency you expect to use.

Successful requests

A connection is only useful if it returns what your application needs. Check the response, not just the status code.

  • Count valid results, timeouts, and blocked responses separately.
  • Run repeated tests at different times of day.
  • Work out your cost per usable result, including retries.

Session behaviour

Check whether you need a new IP for each request or the same address for an ongoing session.

  • Choose residential for rotating IPs or time-limited sticky sessions.
  • Choose dedicated ISP for a consistent address on a monthly plan.
  • Test reconnections and your application’s retry handling.

Does the £1 trial include ISP proxies?

No. The £1 trial includes 0.5 GB of residential bandwidth. Dedicated ISP plans are purchased separately and renew monthly until cancelled. Talk to our team before ordering if you need help evaluating ISP proxies.

Can you guarantee access to every website?

No proxy provider can control a destination website’s rules or behaviour. Test your intended destination and use case before scaling. Don’t assume that success on one website means the same result on another.

What should I send when reporting a problem?

Share your plan reference, approximate time and timezone, selected location, error message, and steps to reproduce. Remove proxy passwords, API keys, and personal data from logs. Contact our team by email or Discord.

Do you offer a standard enterprise SLA?

A self-service purchase does not include a separately negotiated enterprise service-level agreement. If you need specific performance, support, or procurement terms, discuss those requirements with us before buying.
